一、超聲波清洗機溫度

超聲波在40℃~50℃時空化好。溫度越高,越有利于污物分解,但當溫度達到70℃~80℃以后,便影響超聲波發揮作用,降低清洗效果,影響換能器使用壽命。

功率密度越高,空化效果越強,清洗效果越好,清洗速度越快。對于難清洗的工件宜采用大功率密度,對于精密工件宜采用小功率密度。(一般清洗機的超聲功率密度應選在0.5/cm2)

頻率越低,空化越好,頻率越高,折反射效果越好。對于簡單表面宜采用低頻,對于復雜表面及深孔盲孔宜采用高頻。(20KHz、28KHz、40KHz、80KHz、0.8MHz)
