超聲波清洗器的原理及用途

定義:超聲波清洗器是利用超聲波在水中振蕩產生“空化效應”進行清洗的設備。是精密器械清洗最常用的洗凈技術。

使用范圍:手術器械:如敷料鑷、血管鉗、精細器械等。

超聲波是一種聲波,頻率單位是赫茲(Hz),常用頻率如:骨科器械(20、28、30KHz)普通器械(中頻:40 KHz、45 KHz以上)精密器械(高頻:80 KHz、100 KHz以上)
Ultrasonic waves are a type of sound wave with a frequency unit of Hertz (Hz). Commonly used frequencies include orthopedic instruments (20, 28, 30KHz), ordinary instruments (intermediate frequency: 40 KHz, 45 KHz or above), and precision instruments (high frequency: 80 KHz, 100 KHz or above)
低頻率超聲:超聲頻率越低,空化效應越大,摩擦力就越強,噪聲越大。高頻率超聲:
Low frequency ultrasound: The lower the ultrasound frequency, the greater the cavitation effect, the stronger the friction force, and the louder the noise. High frequency ultrasound:
超聲頻率越高,空化效應越小,摩擦力就越弱,噪聲越小。
The higher the ultrasonic frequency, the smaller the cavitation effect, the weaker the friction force, and the lower the noise.
超聲波三頻率轉換清洗時間設定
Ultrasonic three frequency conversion cleaning time setting
如清洗普通器械:清洗時間設定10分鐘(如止血鉗、鈦夾鉗等)
For cleaning ordinary instruments: set the cleaning time to 10 minutes (such as hemostatic forceps, titanium clamps, etc.)
三種超聲頻率轉換:45KHz為8分鐘,48秒轉換一次,10次為8分鐘。80KHz為1分鐘,6秒轉換一次,10次為1分鐘。100KHz為1分鐘,6秒轉換一次,10次為一分鐘。
